Where can I find the logfiles of OUTREACH|IT?

Please open the Windows Explorer and insert %APPDATA% (or C.\ProgramData) into the folder textbox on top.

  1. Goto the folder C:\ProgramData\CRMADDON Outreach Workflow\Logs
  2. Make a zip-File of the logs files,
  3. Create a ticket on http://support.crmaddon.com
  4. Describe your question/problem in detail
  5. Attach the zip-File to the ticket
